White: Kg1, Rd1, Nh2, Bf8; pawn - e2
Black: Kc4, Qb3; pawn - b4

Win

1.Rd4+!/i Kxd4 2.Nf3+, and: Kd5 3.e4+ and 4.N+ wins, or Ke3
3.Bh6+ and 4.N+ wins.

i) The thunderclap is needed. Anything more gentle would lead to the
lesser outcome: 1.Rc1+? Kb5 2.Rc5+ Ka4 3.Rf5 Qg3+ 4.Kh1 draw.
1.Rd3? Qb2 2.Kf2 Qf6+ 3.Rf3 Qd4+ 4.Kg2 b3 draw.

Not a great study, but an amusing one, in which the black queen
willy-nilly goes the way of all flesh.
